Mid Year Top Up
Service Description
For existing clients only: I welcome you back for your mid year appointment to fill in any missing colour or shape to your treatment area. Mid year top ups will be charged after 10 weeks of your first treatment date and anything booked after 12 months will be charged as an annual top up fee. If your medical history has changed since your first treatment please do let me know. Any additional treatments required after your Top Up appointment will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be attended solo. I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who does not attend the appointment alone. You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when attending your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse treatment or time to anyone who demonstrates unsuitable, threatening or unkind behaviour. Treatment and Consultation spaces should be booked for treatment purposes only. The minimum age for a treatment is 18 years of age. I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. I may require valid proof of identification. Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted in our treatment room due to insurance reasons. A card number is required to secure your booking online and will only be charged if you fail to show for an appointment or cancel within 72 hours as per my booking terms and conditions. By booking a treatment, you are agreeing to my booking policy and full booking terms and conditions.
