Annual Top Up - Booked within 18 Months
Service Description
For existing clients ONLY - I welcome you back for your Annual Top Up to add more colour and shape where needed. You will be charged per treatment area (Lips, eyebrows or eyes) so please contact me if you require one or more areas topping up, as this may require more time. A £25 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note: This treatment can be booked within 18 months of your first treatment. Please read our Booking Terms & Conditions before booking your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be attended solo. I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who does not attend the appointment alone. You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when attending your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse treatment or time to anyone who demonstrates unsuitable, threatening or unkind behaviour. Treatment and Consultation spaces should be booked for treatment purposes only. The minimum age for a treatment is 18 years of age. I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. I may require valid proof of identification. Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted in our treatment room due to insurance reasons. A card number is required to secure your booking online and will only be charged if you fail to show for an appointment or cancel within 72 hours as per my booking terms and conditions. By booking a treatment, you are agreeing to my booking policy and full booking terms and conditions.
