Booking process

Book a FREE CONSULTATION at one of my Kent locations or ORDER A PATCH TEST by post and we can arrange

a FREE video consultation or discovery call.

During your consultation we will discuss the treatment you are considering, medical history, healing, aftercare

and any questions or concerns that you may have about the treatment.

​Once your patch test is clear and your medical history meets out criteria, you can then go ahead and book your Treatment by clicking

BOOK ONLINE below or contact me to book. A £50 deposit is required to secure your Treatment.

* A patch test must be done 48 hours before your treatment.

Service Description

For existing clients only: I welcome you back for your 6 week Top Up appointment to fill in any missing colour or shape to your lip blush or colour treatment area. Top ups will be charged by how much ink and time is required. Must be booked 6 weeks after your first appointment. Any Top Up appointments booked after 10 weeks will be charged as a Mid Year Top Up appointment. Booking Terms and Conditions must be read in full before booking. If your medical history has changed since your first treatment please do let me know. Any additional treatments required after your Top Up appointment will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

By booking a treatment, you are agreeing to my booking policy and full booking terms and conditions. A patch test must be clear before booking a treatment. The minimum age for a treatment is 18 years of age. I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent. I may require valid proof of identification. A minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation is required for all Treatments and 50% of the full treatment cost will be charged if notice is less than this. There is a £10 charge for failure to show for a Consultation or give less than 72 hours notice. For late arrivals, charges may apply to cover my lost business fees. Bookings can only be transferred once and cancellation charges must be paid in full before attending another treatment. Please note that cancellations include any unforeseen circumstances. A card number is required to secure your booking online and will only be charged if you fail to show for an appointment or cancel within 72 hours as per my booking terms and conditions. All appointments must be attended solo. I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who does not attend the appointment alone. You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when attending your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse treatment or time to anyone who demonstrates unsuitable, threatening or unkind behaviour. Treatment and Consultation spaces should be booked for treatment purposes only. Anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted in our treatment room due to insurance reasons.
